Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Why Hasn't My Item Shipped Yet?

Each item we make is made-to-order just for you! Because of this, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days, varying based on the number of orders pending, holiday seasons, etc.

COVID-19 Has impacted production times and caused shipping delays, so orders may take up to 3 weeks to be completed until further notice. Rest assured, we're doing our best to make sure your orders are fulfilled as fast as possible!

What If I Receive a Damaged/Defective Item?

Don't worry, we're here to make things right. Please send us a message directly with an image of the issue within 14 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to replace or refund the item.
